When will you charge my card?
When you make your reservation, we will authorize your card for the full amount of the charter, and once you have boarded and signed the release form, the card on file will be charged. Your Captain will ask for ID and card image for Protection purposes. We will email your receipt immediately for your records.
Are there any additional charges?
Yes, there is 6% state sales tax
Should you enjoy your time on board Tuck Tuck and feel so inclined, a cash gratuity is always greatly appreciated! As with many services, gratuities are usually a standard 15-20% of total cost of charter.
What is the Cancellation policy?
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you cancel within this period, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved charter. Should the Captain deem the weather to be unsafe during the time of departure, we will not charge your card and do our best to reschedule. Often in South Florida, inclement weather passes quickly and should not affect the charter. Please note, the Captain will monitor the weather and contact the primary charter guest should the charter need to be rescheduled. Otherwise, we look forward to seeing you at the time of your reservation!

Located in front of The Historic Downtowner or in front of Esplanade Park by Broward Performing Arts Center
Nestled in the heart of downtown in the City of Fort Lauderdale's Riverwalk area, the New River/Downtown docking facility is within walking distance of the famous Las Olas Boulevard, known for its shops, galleries, fine restaurants and cafes.

What are the best transportation options?
Uber, Lyft and good old fashioned taxis are great ways to get to your charter pick-up location. Depending upon where you have decided to board, you may even be close enough to walk!
What should I bring the day of my charter?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow plenty of time to board, settle in and get acquainted with the boat and your Captain. At this time, the credit card authorization form will be completed and we ask all charter guests to review and sign our waiver agreement. We suggest bringing all food, drinks, cameras, sunscreen, music and appropriate clothing to enjoy your time on board. After that, we will be ready to get underway!
Will I get seasick on board?
While this is a possibility, many guests who are prone to seasickness generally have an easy time on board. This is largely in part because the boats cruise at a slower speed, are remarkably stable and most of the time we are traveling in No Wake Zones. But better safe than sorry, so if it is something you are worried about, we recommend coming prepared as we do not provide seasickness medication on board.
Can I decorate for a Special Occasion?
We want to make your special event as memorable as possible, so please contact us prior to your charter to discuss your ideas and we will do our best to accommodate!
Coolers and Ice
We provide a 40qt cooler for your perishables &/or beverages. We also provide ice as well to keep everything frosty cold.
